About Us

Heracles was created in 2008 to capitalise on the correction in the UK commercial property market.  It is a property and fund management partnership between Argo Saint George LLP, a London based property fund manager, and three seasoned property Investors.

Heracles is targeting well let, income producing, assets with a purchase price between £3 million and £25 million across the UK in all mainstream commercial property sectors.

The partnership has the ability to act quickly and in selected cases may consider purchasing investments using equity only. 

The partnership is backed by an established network of high net worth Investors, alongside significant investment on pari pasu terms from the Partners of Heracles.

Heracles operates from its office in the centre of Mayfair, at the heart of the UK commercial property world.
