About Us
Heracles was created in 2008 to capitalise on the correction in the UK commercial property market. Originally set up to offer syndicated buying opportunities to a network of high net worth individuals, in 2009 the partnership took the strategic decision to create its first fund, Heracles Fund I Limited Partnership. Through this fund, Heracles is targeting active management opportunities in lot sizes from £2 million upwards across the UK in all mainstream commercial property sectors.
The fund has the ability to act quickly and in selected cases may consider purchasing investments using equity only. It is backed by an established network of high net worth investors, alongside significant investment on pari passu terms from the partners of Heracles.
