Investment Strategy

Heracles is opportunistic in its approach. It has no geographical or property sector limitations.

Generally, investments will be acquired based upon a 3 to 5 year hold period. These investments are likely to offer multiple asset management angles to explore, with the aim of delivering a minimum leveraged IRR of 20% per annum.

The fund is focused on making acquisitions in lot sizes from £2 million upwards.
