Investment Strategy

Heracles is opportunistic in its approach. The partnership has no geographical limitations and will invest in all mainstream commercial property sectors throughout the UK.

Generally investments will be acquired based upon a 3 to 5 year hold period, and are likely to include active management potential.

Heracles is currently focused on making acquisitions in lot sizes between £3 million and £25 million, and the investments ideally will require active management and be multi-let to a range of strong covenants.
