David Peill, MRICS

Chief Executive

David Peill was appointed Heracles’ Chief Executive in September 2008. Mr. Peill is a Chartered Surveyor with an extensive track record in UK property investment and finance, as well as overseas.

Prior to joining Heracles, in 2005 Mr. Peill co-founded Argo Saint George, a property fund management and corporate finance business, where he led asset management and principal investment interests in the UK, Switzerland and Georgia. In the last two years he has advised on over GBP 350 million of property transactions.

Until 2005, Mr. Peill spent over ten years at Savills plc, focusing initially on providing professional valuation advice principally to banks and latterly as a key member of the debt and equity finance team where he was involved in single transactions of up to GBP 200 million.
