David Peill, MRICS

Chief Operating Officer

David Peill co-founded Heracles in September 2008. He is a chartered surveyor with an extensive track record in UK and overseas property investment and finance.

In 2005, David co-founded Argo St George, a property fund management and corporate finance business, where he led asset management and principal investment interests in the UK, Switzerland and Georgia.

Prior to this, David spent over ten years at Savills plc, focusing initially on providing professional valuation advice principally to banks and latterly as a key member of the debt and equity finance team, where he was involved in single transactions of up to £200 million.
